International Compromise

 

The operation of UTIO KYIV-TAIPEI INITIATIVE became possible through the international compromise, desire for humanitarian cooperation of two regions, as well as strict compliance with One China Principle, laws of Ukraine and Taiwan related activities of international organizations. UTIO strictly fulfill Vienna Convention. In the absence of the official relations between Ukraine and Taiwan, economic, scientific, cultural and other informal ties between Ukraine and Taiwan provide by non-governmental organization UTIO KYIV-TAIPEI INITIATIVE including vested functions necessary to ensure the proper these ties.
